The next webinar in the Accessible Technology Webinar Series, *Accessible
Documents (Part 1)*, is Wednesday, *April 10th* at *1:00pm*.

This webinar is Part 1 of a two-part series. *Gaby de Jongh* of the IT
Accessibility Team will explain the techniques for creating accessible
documents in Microsoft Word and Google Docs. She will also cover using the
built-in accessibility checker in Office, reviewing the tag tree of a PDF
for accessibility, and provide an experience of what it is like to consume
inaccessible content in a document. This is an especially good topic for
folks who create electronic documents so please, spread the word! Part 2
will continue next month with a focus on the accessibility of slide
presentations.

The event is *free* but requires registration. If you’d like to attend,
