[Alpine-info] Slowness problem

After this happens, press M J to go to the journal, set the DebuView to 9 
and press T for timestamps. Then look for big gaps in the operations of 
Alpine.

If the problem cannot be explained by an specific operation, but it is a 
connectivity issue, then restart Alpine and restart Alpine with the 
command

alpine -d verbose=9,tcp,timestamp

repeat the problem, quit Alpine and take a look at the file ~/.pine-debug1 
and find again gaps in the time stamps to see where the problem is.
