[Alpine-info] forward over answer etc

Ok - I managed that but it hasn't achieved what I want...

I can now no longer tell if something has been forwarded, since the forward flag doesn't seem to be displayed in FULLSTATUS.

I wouldn't rule out me doing something stupid but this seems to be consistent with the help description...
