[Alpine-info] Can't compile V2.25 or 2.26 on Rocky 9.2

Do you have EPEL ?
It seems to be still on 2.25, but you could take the source rpm
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/9/Everything/source/tree/Packages/a/alpine-2.25-2.el9.src.rpm
add the 2.26 tarball, upsdte alpine.spec to use v2.26 and run
rpmbuild -ba alpine.spec
