Atlanta Falcons legend Deion Sanders is going under the knife twice 
on Thursday ... again.  

Atlanta Falcons legend Deion Sanders is not out of the clear just yet 
after having undergone a series of recent due to complications with 
blood clots.   

Sanders is reportedly set to "undergo two more surgeries on leg and 
foot Thursday."
