She was involved in a motorcycle accident, which led to the 
amputation of one of her legs. I sent her on an errand that day and I 
followed her to look at the road before crossing and I made sure 
there was no motorcycle coming before I left her to cross. It was 
immediately after I left her that the  motorcycle came from a corner 
unknowingly and hit her.
