A student who lost her legs to meningitis in 1991 returns home, tells 
her story.  At one point, a monkey stole her prosthetic and ran away 
with it.   

When Kelley Shinn stepped up to the microphone at the Perkins Stone 
Mansion on Monday, it was difficult to tell she was walking with 
prosthetics, difficult to tell the pain and suffering she had been 
through.
