The feces have properties that fight diabetic foot ulcers.

Animal poop gathered from endangered species at the zoo could help 
diabetics keep their feet, according to a team of British scientists. 
 
A team at the University of Sheffield, in northern England, found 
that many exotic animals have bacteriophages in their droppings that 
can kill bacteria, stopping dangerous infections that can hit people 
with diabetes the hardest.
