Okay folks there are 92 members of ATHEN and only 19 of you have voted on the bylaws. Since summer is over for most of you how about you dig up the multiple emails that were sent and vote. If you need the instructions again just let me know.

We need a quorum to pass the bylaws, at least that is my opinion based on common practice.
