[athen] Proposed bylaws and Organizational Issues

The link is now available on the ATHEN website to review the proposed
bylaws. 

Based on our conversations at CSUN it is intended to review them for 30
days and then to vote. The minutes of this meeting should be posted
under the meeting link shortly.

We are also needing to elect a new treasurer, anyone want to submit a
nomination or volunteer to take on this responsibility?

You will be receiving an email with instructions on how the voting
process will work.
