[athen] ATHEN Website Changes

Sean has been making some significant changes to the ATHEN website,
http://www.athenpro.org/  and I am sure would like your help in making
it a benefit to the membership.  Please send Sean (skeegan at htctu.net)
your comments and items for inclusion.  One of the things he is also
working on is the addition of an ATHEN Blog, which will also include the
relevant content from the ADTECH-PS archives.
