 Now that I am here there appears to only be one place that would be good
for a social time, and that would be Charlie's.  Given that very few ATHEN
members are in attendance a business meeting is likely not in order. 

If it is to be Wed evening then the earliest I can be there along with
several other ATHEN member is 8:00 due to the E-text Open Forum.

The best I can figure at present is a Wednesday evening at one of the
restaurant/ lounges at the Town and Country. This place is massive and there
are multiple places to socialize on-site. Either the Trellis or the Terrace
should suffice. 
 
I am at the resort as I write this - as folks arrive and check their eMail

BTW - you may be happy to know that we are sharing the conference site with
the American Association of Meat Processors ---- North Americas Largest Meat
