Thanks Shawn,

Given that Higher Ed in Oregon was not involved in the process at all I
have some major concerns as well, but unlike most of the other efforts in
this area it does point to the AFSI as a source for developing the
regulations.

Wow, wish I'd been able to make it to AHEAD this year... would have liked to
have been there for the AAP presentation!



Don't know if it's a "Promising Practice" or not, but Oregon passed an
Accessible Postsecondary Instructional Materials law, effective July 1,

I've got a couple of concerns about it, but overall seems to be a step in
the right direction. No enforcement, big surprise.
