[Athen] ATHEN Meeting at Accessing Higher Ground2007 - AGENDA ITEMS

Hi Everyone,

One thing that would be nice to consider is the meeting time for  
ATHEN at AHG in light of any vendors that might want to attend the  
meeting.  The Exhibit Hall does not close until 6:30 on Thursday and  
the ATHEN meeting is scheduled for 6:00.  I am not sure how many  
vendors are members of ATHEN (I am) and want to attend the meeting -  
I might be the only one.

In reality, I and other vendors are usually still busy after 6:30  
following up with people, so I don't know how feasible it is to  
simply move the start time of the meeting.  We might still be meeting  
with people well after 6:30.  Perhaps at the meeting this year we  
could talk about possible solutions to this?  Again, I'm not sure how  
many vendors are actually members of ATHEN, so this might be a fairly  
minor point.
