You may find it beneficial to look at the accessibility language of the amendments to the Higher Ed. Act reauthorization. If you do a keyword search on key terminology you should find it all.  If you agree with what this is proposing perhaps a letter of support or a call to your congress person may be in order.  As I understand it this is on a fast track to a vote.
