Thank you all for your thoughtful responses! It occurred to me after
reading your responses that there may be something in the admin side of
Blackboard that is causing the problem. So, that is where I will direct
my next inquiries - to our admin. I will also make your suggestions to
the faculty so they can do their part. Thank you again.
