[Athen] Wintriangle

Hey there, Ron!

That's the link that we've been using to download.  It looks like it's the
file for 3.0, but when it's loaded, the reference is 2.09 in the "About"
screen.  The documentation references 3 & 4, but the menus are different in
the actual software that downloads.
