Hi:
I used to know a line of HTML code and now that I want to use it again, I
can't recall it.

I want to put code into a web page that will both open up the users mail
program addressed to me. . that is easy. . but I want the code to put in not
only my address, I want it to insert the subject line for the person

like:
mail to someone at gmail.com with a subject saying welcome

I'm sure it is simple but it is evading my memory.
