[Athen] FileZilla document

Hello all,

A number of people have asked for information on FileZilla and using a
screen-reader, so I thought I would just post this document to the list.  It
is in a PDF format (accessible, of course).  It was originally designed to
supplement another training manual, so it does not have a tremendous amount
of detail.
