[Athen] Information on Accessibility of Moodle 1.8

We at NC State are looking at the same thing. It would be great if we 
could share info. Have you seen the Moodle Accessibility Specification 
and the Moodle Accessibility Forum? You can get to both from 
http://docs.moodle.org/en/Accessibility.
