One suggestion would be a politically correct label such as "Big & Tall"
which is actually how vendors market such chairs.

Subject: [Athen] Chair weight capacity

Hi All,

I have recently discovered that the chairs in our dining hall have
a weight capacity of 350 lbs. We are aware of one incoming student
registered with our office who is over this weight limit. I am sure
there are other students that exceed the weight limit on campus as well.
It is unlikely that facilities will replace all of the chairs. How do
people feel about a few labeled accessible tables and chairs distributed
throughout the dining hall?
