You might wish to look at L&H power translator.  I'm not sure about the 
current version, but it has been accessible with the mouse cursor in the 
past.

Greetings:
Does anyone know of a good English/Spanish electronic 
translator/dictionary for persons that are blind?  I have a student who is 
learning Spanish and would like to obtain such a device to assist her with 
her studies.
