[Athen] Any Listings of Free Assistive Technologies?

Hi Al,
Where to begin with this topic is usually the hardest thing to figure 
out... look into www.naturalreaders.com and www.oatsoft.org.  The latter 
is a listing of open source AT projects.  Not all of them are free, but 
many are.  The remainder offer software at a rate that is more than 
reasonable when compared to the commercial standards.
