I am wondering if there is information about certificate or academic 
programs for Adaptive Technology Specialist?  I am interested in 
proposing such a program and wondered if there were any institutions 
which offered courses and/or certifications in adaptive technology.  I 
am particularly interested in adaptive information and communication 
software and hardware.
