[Athen] fir pop quiz "ME Websites"

Maybe it's just ME -- as in -- it's all about Me! I am the center of the universe -- "My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!"

Or ... maybe it is just an acronym ...

Hi James,

Was the campus web developer wondering what "ME" refers to on that Section
508 web page, or was he/she actually using the same terminology? From the
context it would appear to be a specific federal division ("the ME
Division"), but my Friday afternoon brain isn't coming up with much.
Mechanical Engineering? Medical Examiners? Middle East? Maine?

One point this helps to illustrate is the importance of WCAG 2.0 guideline
3.1.4, which says this about abbreviations: "A mechanism for identifying the
expanded form or meaning of abbreviations is available."
