[Athen] Proposals now being accepted for 2009 Accessing Higher Ground

Hi Howard,

I'm working on a usability and accessibility study of Moodle, which I 
would like to present on at AHG. I don't have a paper or slides at this 
point, but will be developing those after the testing, probably in the 
summer.

Also, I'd like to volunteer to help serve on the proposal review 
committee, or help however you need.
