[Athen] running JAWS on a dual boot MAC

I have been running JAWS under VMWare's Fusion. Have not had a chance
to try anything else, but have heard reports of NVDA also working under
Fusion as well. The keystrokes are not exactly mapped if using a laptop
(e.g., Ins key), but if using a full keyboard the "Help" key becomes the
"Insert" key. For testing purposes/demo purposes, this has worked fine
as I can show how content works with VoiceOver and JAWS on the same machine.

Next up is trying Dragon Naturally Speaking and Kurzweil, but I am not
anticipating too many issues as other Windows applications have been
running just fine.
