[Athen] Electronic file transfer sites

I use the site with a screen reader all the time. There are a couple of
minor issues if you're using IE 8. But it works quite well with Firefox.

I've used this site successfully with data, photo & video files. Easy to
use & easy to access. Don't know about the accessibility, though.
Perhaps someone would like to test it out?
