[Athen] Braille workflow

Hello All,

Next year (Sept.) we may have a student with fairly extensive Braille 
requirements. I would like to create a workflow that represents the 
process from start to finish that includes realistic deadlines etc. I  
plan to share this with my boss.  In the past, I believe that our DS has 
had unrealistic expectations regarding the time it takes to create 
decent Braille. Any and all input will be greatly appreciated. You can
