[Athen] feedback on change of venue for Accessing Higher Ground 2009

I vote 'yay' for moving the conference. I agree that we definitely need a
more accessible facility. And, hopefully, the hotel will be able to provide
conference attendees with shuttle service to local establishments.

Heidi (from the frozen land of Arkansas where the northern part of the state
currently has 1-2" of ice, and much of the area is without power - or heat -
at this time due to trees coming down on electrical power lines).
