[Athen] Save as DAISY Question

Morning all,

 

I have been having some issues with page numbers being retained in DAISY
materials produced with the Save as DAISY Plug-in.  Anyone have any
suggestions, the numbers are in the headers but do not seem to be present in
the DTB.
