[Athen] Assistive Technology on VMs with Application Streaming?

We are using Wise terminals, and have not been able to resolve the issue
of running locally vs. running a the server.  I'd be interested in
anything you find out.  Right now we keep one machine in each terminal
classroom that is a standard PC that can run all of our AT.
