[Athen] DAISY in Higher Education Survey

Hello everyone, please excuse the cross-posting as I announce the completion
of the new DAISY in Higher Education Survey. This is an attempt to learn
more about the general level of awareness regarding DAISY. Anyone can take
the survey, and please forward it to anyone who might be willing or
interested in sharing their perspective.
