[Athen] Webex

I've been using it as part of the activities I'm involved with with
ACCESSText Network.  I have not checked it for accessibility.  It
presents a multi-paned window that shows participants, has a chat, and
can show the screen/desktop of the person who is doing the presenting.
My biggest complaint with it is that you have to be on the phone at the
same time, that's how you "hear" presentations, and there was no
captioning in what I was listening to.  I would contact Webex and ask
them these questions directly.
