[Athen] Question re Mac and PowerPoint

I was providing some information about PowerPoint to a group of 
faculty.  Some of them were using it on a Mac.  I gave instructions on how 
to add text description to an image in powerpoint.  The PC people did 
OK.  The Mac people right clicked on the image and they said they could see 
where the edit box was to add text but it and its associated button were 
grayed out and they could not access the text box to put anything into it.

I had no idea what was the problem or how to fix it.

Has anyone on the list experienced this and also have you found a solution???
