[Athen] Tiger Embosser question

Hello all,

We have a Tiger Embosser (Pro model) that is not responding to canceled 
  job requests .  Specifically, we are trying to emboss a tactile 
graphic and the job is stalling (embosser does not respond for any 
length of time).  When we attempt to cancel the job in the Print Queue, 
it says the job is being deleted but nothing seems to happen.

The only thing that does seem to work is to turn off/unplug the Tiger 
Embosser and shut down the computer.  We can emboss other MS Word files 
with graphics, but when we attempt to cancel a job we end up with a real 
mess.

The manual does not seem to mention anything like this and I wanted to 
know if others have had such issues and possible resolutions.
