[Athen] alternative format publisher contacts

Well this is where it got its start anyway.  There are several individuals
who contributed to the effort that was passed onto the AAP and our thanks
are extended to all of you.

Even littler known fact: the data used to populate the AMX was based
on the publisher contacts I made while requesting files for the ATPC,
waaay back in '02 - '04. You know, almost prehistory.
