[Athen] switch to digest mode

At the bottom of the page is an option to edit your subscription 
settings.  When you enter your email address and select the button that 
reads, unsubscribe or edit options. 

You will be directed to a log in page.  If you do not know your 
password, select the option to have your password emailed to you.  Once 
you receive it, you can log in and select the digest only option.
