[Athen] DOJ's official statement on applicability of ADA for
websites

The link that Todd provided is a good one for reading the DOJ testimony:
http://www.justice.gov/crt/speeches/2010/crt-speech-100422.html
There are additional testimonies (from Mark Richert of AFB, Judy Brewer of W3C, Steven Jacobs of IDEAL Group, and Daniel Goldstein of Brown, Goldstein & Levy) linked from the Judiciary Committee website:
http://judiciary.house.gov/hearings/hear_100422_1.html
The testimonies on the latter site are all in PDF, and of course they aren't tagged for accessibility. They're all just text in a single column though, so screen readers can read them, the only exception being Steven Jacobs's testimony, which is a scanned image PDF.
