[Athen] Writing pad for Tablet PC Functionality

Hi
I have a student who is looking for a tablet like PC interface to plug
into a laptop so she doesn't need to buy a separate Tablet PC.  She
uses OneNote.  I have never played with these devices.  Does anyone
have recommendations for writing tablets that would work good with
writing drawings and text into OneNote.
