I'm writing a paper (hopefully for publication) about accessibility in
online courses and am looking for another example of a lawsuit that has
affected higher ed. I've already included the one about the Kindle fiasco,
but am hoping to find another one that catches the attention of the higher
ed community. Any ideas?
