[Athen] Replacement suggestions

Hi all ATHEN-ites, 

We have a dead dead dead Reading Edge machine in our adaptive lab. 

Is there some sort of suitable/equivalent replacement? 

Ideas, thoughts, directions & suggestions (including "machine overboard") are welcome!
