[Athen] Accessible FTP program

I have been personally using Filezilla since 2.2.  It is excellent for basic
and advanced needs.  It is quite accessible.  Please let me know if you have
questions about it.

I did a short overview on using FileZilla 
(http://filezilla-project.org/) for screen-readers.  It was for version 
2.2.8, which is a bit older then the current version, but it may still 
work for you.  It is not super detailed document, but really designed to 
provide the basics on how to upload/download a file from a server.

I have attached the Word version of the file.
