[Athen] pre-conference workshop??

To Saroj & Howard et al on Higher Ground, 

Could we have them send the materials out ahead of time + send a PPT of the presentation? Could we set up a speaker phone for them to participate by voice while we (collectively) run the "show"? Run it through a "go to meeting" site, or have them send an outline or a recording of their presentation? If the issue is cost and the group can't afford to come, we could do the next best thing and have them be able to field questions "live" either by speaker phone or a video chat. 

A few thoughts to save the presentation...

I have looked at their abstract and it appears to be a part of a study 
done by them. While I could talk about how different learning / 
functional limitations impact learning styles and can also talk about 
AT but I don't think I can replicate what the speakers were planning.
