I wanted to let everyone know that AMAC has a Assistive Computer Tech
Support Specialist position open in Atlanta, GA.   The Assistive Computer
Tech Support Specialist supports our customers (DSPs, students,etc) via the
phone, email, and in person.  

 

Experience needed: 

Bachelors Degree in related field, 2-4 years experience with assistive
technology software/hardware (ex. TextHelp, Premier, ClaroRead, Victor
Streams, etc..), 1-2 years of Alternative Media production, experience
training on software, above average computer skills, good phone presence,
good listening skills, comfortable speaking in front of others, excellent
time management skills, experience creating supportive documentation (WIKI,
WordPress, videos, etc..), understanding LMS (preferably Moodle).
