[Athen] text book section 508 accessibility check list

While not an university, HHS has done some work on accessible documents.
They have some test guidelines and checklists for what they view as meeting
Section 508.
Perhaps you can use them as a starting point.

Does any school has a accessibility check list given to their faculty as an
requirement when purchasing material from the publishers?
I am trying to type up something for the departments when they purchasing
learning materials to give it to the publishers!
