[Athen] Blio launched today for Windows

Yes, Susan. I think Blio is currently "undercooked." Maybe the next version
will handle some of the problems I discovered and fix the install problems.
Though I'm excited about the ReadAloud feature and some of the other
promising tidbits, overall the thing needs work.
