[Athen] Query- Users of Window Eyes and JAWS

I am currently looking at adding Window Eyes to our campus.  My proposal will add support to both Window Eyes and JAWS for a 2-year period after which the college will no longer upgrade JAWS in favor of continued support for Window Eyes.  

 

Would you please share your experiences with Window Eyes?  Also, I would appreciate all opinions about the above proposal's feasibility.
