I have had these issues occur with OmniPage when the setting used in the
Text Editor window (i.e., true page view, formatted text view, etc.) is not
the same as the setting chosen when you save to Word. In my experience,
setting both the Text Editor view and the Word doc setting to "formatted
text" gives the best results.

Subject: [Athen] Conversion of PDF files = Blank document
Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone else is running into an issue with converting PDF
files into an accessible format?
We have an image-based PDF with no security options selected. We use
Omnipage to convert the file into a Word document and the document is full
of blank pages. If we don't zone the text in Omnipage to be recognized,
Omnipage selects the "image" option and transfers the text into Word as an
image.
Ideas?
Thanks,
Dawn
