[Athen] unix screenreader and JAWS & webex

Orca is the main screen reader for Linux. You just bring up a terminal
window and type the command "orca".

WebEx has issues with JAWS. The accessibility is all achieved through
keyboard shortcuts, and fully navigating everything in the UI is
extremely difficult if not impossible for some things.
